The Operational Hours interface in CheckoutNgo provides a simple and intuitive way for store owners to define the business’s opening and closing times for each day of the week. This ensures customers are informed about when your store is accepting orders, whether for delivery or collection.
The Operational Hours tab ensures your store operates efficiently while providing transparency for your customers. With just a few adjustments, you can maintain a well-organized online presence tailored to your business needs.
How to Set Operational Hours
For each day of the week, you’ll see two sliders:
- Opening Time: This slider determines the time your business opens for the day.
- Closing Time: This slider sets the time your business stops taking orders.
For example:
- On weekdays, you might set your operational hours from 12:00 PM to 11:59 PM.
- On Sundays, you may choose to open later in the day, such as 2:00 PM, while maintaining the same closing time.
Adjust the sliders for each day as required to match your store’s schedule.
Customizing Hours for Specific Needs
The flexibility of this feature allows you to:
- Set different hours for weekends versus weekdays.
- Handle unique schedules, such as closing earlier on a particular day.
For businesses with a static schedule, setting the same opening and closing times for all days is just as easy.
Save Your Changes
Once you’ve defined your operational hours, make sure to click the Save Settings button to apply your changes. Your customers will only be able to place orders during the hours you’ve specified.
